| 1. How to access and control my account information? |
|
You can access your account information by clicking the My Account link on the website's top menu.

| 2. Who is allowed to use StudentApt.com? |
|
Students, landlords and apartment management companies are the majority users of the website. However, every member of the general public is allowed to use this website and our services provided they abide by the user agreements on this website.

| 3. What is "My Account"? |
|
My Account is the personalized web page for you the user on StudentApt.com. My Account allows the user to view all properties and sublets in his/her view or wish list and items on Misc. Market, which they are following. It also allows users to see the list of properties or items they have posted and edit information on them on one page. It is required for a user to register on StudentApt.com in order to have a login and a password to access this page.

| 4. How do I List or Post an apartment on StudentApt.com? |
|
| You can click on the "Post" link on top of the homepage on top of any of the pages or the Post a property link. This will take you through a series of pages where you will enter information regarding the apartments and at the end of the process you will be requested to confirm information you have entered and then we will have your property listed within 24 hours. You can also send an email to sales@StudentApt.com and someone in sales will respond promptly to get your property listed. |

| 5. Can I upload photos? |
|
| Yes, Any listing you want to post on StudentApt.com gives you the option of uploading photos. For apartments, we usually require that upload photos during the posting process. StudentApt.com provides you the means to able upload up to ten (10) photos per single listing. |

| 6. Can I upload floor plans? |
|
| Yes, you can upload floor plans. We allow a display of up to 10 floor plans. |
|
| 7. How do I get my property to be a Featured Listing? |
|
| We only have 2 slots per month for featured listings and this makes it very competitive. For an apartment to be a featured listing and therefore to appear on the homepage, the owner will have to pay a premium. However this premium is worth it because once your apartment is a featured listing, it ranks higher in searches and it receives special attention. |

| 8. How do I List or Post a Sublet? |
|
| You can click on the "Post" link on top of the homepage or the Post a sublet link on the left hand side menu. This will take you through a series of pages where you will enter information regarding the sublet and at the end of the process you will be requested to confirm information you have entered and then we will have your sublet listed within 24 hours. You can list a sublet in the classifieds for FREE or you can choose to list with photos and pay a nominal fee (lunch money). |
