Sales Coordinator - Intern - Atlanta

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of StudentApt's products and services and be able to articulate them clearly.
  • Generate leads through cold calling (40+ outbound calls per day)
  • Follow up on leads developed by the marketing team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using StudentApt's CRM tool.
  • Meet client acquisition goals (20-25 signed contracts per week).

Requirements:

  • College Degree .
  • Previous office or internship experience.
  • Demonstrated success at working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Proven record of successful client interaction and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must possess an ability to interact at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in Multi family housing industry is a plus.

Customer Service Representative / Management Associate - Intern

StudentApt is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Management Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting operations and management as well as ensuring excellent customer service.

This is a full-time paid internship located in Atlanta, Georgia. This internship has the potential to become a permanent salaried position.

  • Support operations and management.
  • Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Internet research
  • Data entry to support the sales function
